By downloading, installing, or using Sudoku Dark ("the app", "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

Sudoku Dark is a free-to-play Sudoku puzzle game available on Android, iOS, and the web. The app offers:
You may use Sudoku Dark at any age. However, if you are under 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), you may only use the app in guest mode without creating an account. Account creation requires that you are at least 13 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Creating an account is optional. You may sign in using Google or Apple authentication. When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials.
When signed in, your game progress, scores, and profile information are synced to our cloud servers. For details on what data is collected and how it is used, please see our Privacy Policy.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated cloud data at any time by contacting us at carlos@carloscodesfor.me. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will permanently remove your account and data within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
If you participate in leaderboards or social features, your display name, avatar, scores, and achievement points will be visible to other signed-in users. By using these features, you consent to this limited public visibility of your gameplay data.
We reserve the right to remove scores or rankings that we reasonably believe were obtained through cheating, manipulation, or exploitation of bugs.
All content within Sudoku Dark, including but not limited to the app design, graphics, user interface, code, audio, and branding, is the property of Carlos Codes and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Sudoku puzzles themselves are mathematical constructs and are not subject to copyright. However, the specific presentation, design, and features of Sudoku Dark are proprietary.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the app without prior written permission.
We strive to keep Sudoku Dark available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may:

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the app shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, which in the case of a free app is zero.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
